Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 24 business hours of shipment. Alternatively, you can track the status of your package

While your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel your order. You can send an e-mail to kitsch@mykitsch.com with your order number, keep in mind that in order to get your order to you as soon as possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If your order is no longer able to be canceled you can definitely process a return once you receive your package. Here's a link to our returns for instructions. You can also cancel your order by logging into your account and looking under your order history. You can log into your account here! We are unable to make any changes to an order once placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order so long as it is still eligible.
